Staingard offers furniture care plans designed to help with accidental staining and accidental damage, depending on the plan you choose.

Where available, we offer Staingard protect6 protection plans. Plan availability depends on the product and will show at checkout.
Staingard protect plans are administered by Staingard Limited and are subject to their terms and conditions. Full terms are provided with your plan documentation and are also available via Staingard.
What it can help with
Staingard is designed to help when something unexpected happens that affects the look or usability of your furniture. Support and outcomes depend on the incident and the plan terms.
Depending on your plan, this may include assistance with accidental staining and accidental damage, and may include support such as cleaning or repair.
How it works
You can add the 6 Year Furniture Care Plan from the product page before adding your item to basket.
If selected, the plan will be added alongside your furniture.
Cover begins from delivery day, subject to your plan terms.
How to request support
If you need support, please follow the service request process in your Staingard documentation or submit a request via Staingard.
Care kits and everyday maintenance
Alongside the Staingard insurance, complimentary care kits will also be introduced that you can order to help keep your furniture looking its best.

Lacquered Finishes
Leather (inc Faux & Bonded)
Fabric Upholstery
