Designed to last, sourced with care, we use only low-risk, certified materials sourced from trusted partners. We work with FSC® and PEFC®-certified timbers from the EU and US, selecting materials with the same focus on quality and responsibility across every collection.
To support fair and consistent standards, factories undergo regular ethical audits to ensure fair working practices. We also maintain full traceability and chain of custody in line with UK and EU Timber Regulations, so we can stand behind where our materials come from.
Just as importantly, we choose to work with manufacturers who share our values of quality, respect and lasting design. It’s a considered approach to making furniture, built on responsibility at every stage, from sourcing through to the finished piece.
From the moment you order to the day your furniture arrives, we make every step simple and reassuring. Your furniture is delivered free of charge within 5 to 7 working days, with flexible options to suit your home and schedule.
If you wish to upgrade your delivery you can opt for our premium white glove service which includes assembly in your room of choice and the removal of all packaging.
If your plans change, you can cancel your order at any time before dispatch, and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7 days of inspection.
