These terms apply to purchases you make on www.homeorigins.com. They sit alongside our Delivery and Returns Policy and any specific product or promotion terms.

1. Products and Availability

We work hard to keep product details accurate. Colours and finishes can vary by screen. All items are subject to availability and we may withdraw products at any time.

2. Prices, Payments, and Orders

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and delivery information. We may correct pricing errors, cancel or limit orders, and refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or for fraudulent activity. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

3. Discount Codes and Promotions

Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes may exclude certain items, may not be combined with other offers, and can be withdrawn or amended at any time. For details, see any promotional terms shown with the offer.

4. Delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates. Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a slot where applicable. If we cannot complete delivery due to access issues or no one being available to sign, a redelivery charge may apply.

6. Pre-orders

For pre-orders, we take payment when you place your order to reserve stock. Estimated dates may change due to events outside our control. You can cancel at any time before delivery if you prefer not to wait.

7. Guarantees and Your Legal Rights

Your order is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a manufacturer guarantee applies, details will be shown on the product page or in your documentation.

8. Cancellations and Returns

Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days applies. Our Delivery and Returns Policy explains how to cancel or return, any collection fees that apply for change-of-mind returns, packaging requirements for returns, and refund timelines after inspection.

If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund you in full to your original payment method. If you return an item within 14 days, we will refund you after inspection, less any applicable collection fees for change-of-mind returns.

9. Problems With Your Order

If anything is not right, we will work quickly to put it right. Please report any faults or damage within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos, and the product label information to help us assess the issue. Where suitable, we may offer a repair by a skilled technician or provide a replacement.

10. Our Liability for Sales

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for losses related to your business such as loss of profit, revenue, contracts, or goodwill. Nothing limits your legal rights or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.
