What You Need to Know

How We Deliver to You

Choose the delivery service that best suits your needs and schedule.

If you're using our Room of Choice or White Glove delivery service, our delivery partner will get in touch to arrange a convenient date and time. You'll first receive a proposed delivery day, followed by a four-hour delivery window closer to the time.

Room of Choice: Our FREE delivery option includes delivery to your chosen room. Unpacking and assembly are not included.

White Glove: Our premium delivery service. Your item will be delivered to your chosen room, unpacked, assembled where needed, and all packaging will be taken away. 

All deliveries require a signature and must be made to the address provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being available, a redelivery charge will apply. For White Glove deliveries, if redelivery is required, the charge may exceed your original subsidised fee.

Items over 80kg can only be delivered to the ground floor. A 7.5-tonne vehicle must be able to access your property, and a clear internal path must be available to reach the delivery room. Orders with multiple items will be delivered together. 


If Something’s Not Right

If anything isn’t as it should be, we’ll work quickly to put it right.

If there’s any visible damage to the packaging, we recommend checking the cartons before signing and noting any concerns on the delivery partner’s paperwork. It's also a good idea to take photographs before unboxing. All items should be fully inspected as soon as possible after delivery.

Please report any faults or damage within 7 days of delivery. When you contact us, include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and the date of manufacture label (found on the product).

If the issue is minor, we may be able to resolve it by sending a skilled technician. For more serious problems, or if a repair isn’t suitable, we’ll offer a replacement. Any items being returned must be securely repackaged before collection.


Returns & Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can cancel your order at any time before delivery for a full refund. Just email us at info@homeorigins.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

If your item has already been delivered and isn’t quite what you expected, you can return it within 14 days. To get started, email info@homeorigins.com and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Returns must be unused and in the original packaging. Please take care when opening your order and keep all protective materials safe in case a return is needed. We can only accept returns in the full, original packaging. A collection fee applies to returned items. This depends on your location and the items being returned. We will confirm the cost with you before arranging collection.

Once your return has been received and checked in our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the collection fee. Please note we are not able to refund items that show signs of damage or use. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

If you plan to return the item yourself or arrange your own courier, please contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We will not be able to accept returns without this.
